Privacy policy

Draft, last updated 16 October 2026

This policy explains how QuidPing, a trading name of Wellserve Digital Ltd (company number 17172951, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ), handles personal data collected through this website and our waitlist. We are the data controller for this data. Contact: hello@quidping.co.uk. ICO registration number: [ICO REGISTRATION NUMBER].

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address, business name, business type and the accounting software you use. Our hosting provider may also record basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To manage the waitlist, contact you about the QuidPing pilot and launch, and understand demand. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interests in running the waitlist.
  • Security and preventing abuse of the form: our legitimate interests.

We won't send you unrelated marketing, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, such as Netlify (website hosting and form handling) and our email provider. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until QuidPing launches and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, our customer terms and data processing agreement apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@quidping.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Customer data (once the service launches)

When businesses use QuidPing to chase invoices, they are the controller of their customers' data and we act as their processor under a written data processing agreement (UK GDPR Article 28).

Changes

We'll post any updates here with a new date.
